"Take out my clothes!" is an imperative sentence that you could say all right. I mean, there's nothing wrong with the sentence. However, it would mean that you want your clothes to be taken out of (removed from) a "container" or the place where they are.


If you take off your clothes (tira suas roupas) you undress (remove the clothes you are wearing). This is probably what you want to say.


take off your clothes = undress
