You lost me.  What is it that is right and what is it that is wrong?

-He got down on one knee and asked her to be his wife and she said NO! - Pacient.(Vítima)
(1) -This time I really screwd up badly - Agent.(Bandido)

(2) "Quem nunca se deu mal com o amor, que atire a primeira pedra!"

(1) This time I really screwed up badly. (This time I made a terrible mistake.) = nothing wrong here.

(2) "Quem nunca se deu mal com o amor, que atire a primeira pedra!"
"Let he who has never screwed up with love cast the first stone." = nothing wrong here, although it's very colloquial.

To screw up = to ruin, make a mistake, do poorly, etc.  It does not mean "to hurt".

To f--k up = to ruin, make a mistake, do poorly, to hurt, etc.
