A pipoca saltou por todo o laboratorio.
Por todo o laboratorio a pipoca saltou.
You could try to say:
All around the lab did the popcorn pop.
Or maybe not... It sounded really bad. The sentence is rather informal to be inverted. Besides "the popcorn pop" is a bit repetitive...
I should do it.
Should I do it. (not interrogative)
This one would sound like a question. There's no point in making the inversion if you want to make an affirmative statement. Maybe if you said:
Definitely should I do it.
I don't really know. I'll let the natives comment on that!
