Mensagem:  India also has a very distinct dialect of English, and it is learned as a native tongue there. In most cases it is difficult for traditional English speakers to understand, as it is spoken at a much faster pace than American English.

In the US, there are native speakers of "Hispanicized" English, with a spanish accent and much spanish slang. This is common in big cities like NY and Chicago.

There are many of these versions now that must be considered real dialects, as they are learned in childhood - often as the only language. Eventually these may end up like the Jamaican dialect - based on English but not intelligible to traditional English-speakers.
