I am not complaining about the level of Portuguese (or English), mistakes, typos, or similar errors that we make so frequently (not only in our native language, but also in a 2nd/foreign language). What I intend to criticize concerns that "fast" language people use to communicate through chats, and others. They make mistakes or change the language on purpose. I do not agree with that kind of neglect. Why should I learn to do something wrong?
Have you seen those movies whose subtitles are in this type of language? It is harder to understand them than if they were subtitled normally. One example, why shall we write "naum" if we can write "não" the right form, easier as it is shorter, already consolidated in our brain, so, consequently, easier to recognize?
By the way, you are correct. It is "fórum" in Portuguese.
