With all due respect my friend, I'd never spent such a great deal of money trying to learn English. I know you haven't asked for an advice and It's yours money, but I think that there are a lot of ways to get your English improved without having to lash your money out like this. You can surf the internet, watch flicks, exchange letters with a pen pal, go to read some books in a public library, let the bottom sap of your TV on, keep a journal, record your own voice, listen to music, buy the magazines English-to-go and Speak, and son on. Anyway, find someone to talk to and from time to time get some private classes to clear the lingering doubts up. And as soon as you get the oportunity go to spend a stint overseas. Wouldn't it be more profitable?
(This is what I do. I think that I'm making progress)
