I've never heard before the expression "talking blue".
"The same old sheep" could mean (1) the same mindless people who meekly follow leaders and governments or (2) possibly it's an euphonism for "same old shit" (same old thing).
"Know the emptiness.." sounds like a line taken from Buddhism.
"Blue" is often used to refer to melancholy, sadness, etc.
If we put the expression together ("Know the empitness of talking blue the same old sheep") it makes as much sense to me in English as "conheça o vazio de falar azul as mesmas ovelhas velhas" does in Portuguese. It doesn't sound right. There is something wrong in the structure. Could this be some regional slang not heard in the mainstream of American English? Could be...
