Valeu, Orlando. Parece que encontramos (todas) as respostas na Internet!
A rigor, podemos dizer que "Hermetismo" = hermet- + -ismo. A backformation from the name Hermeto to indicate anything peculiar or unique to Hermeto, his songs and anything else that he might have done in a culture-dependent context. As in "Lulismo" (words or phrases or any throat sounds that Brazil's current president has successfully and publicly uttered so far. We might extend the meaning to some (but not to all of) his political actions or activities.
In the case of Hermetismo Pascoal, we might easily append to it any instance of media-acclaimed, culture-dependent event having to do, dealing with or stemming from Hermeto Pascoal. If people referred to him only as "Pascoal," then the supportive media would have labeled any of his actions, doings, any of his lyrics writings merely as a "Pascoalismo." And most of my things merely as a "Marcianismo"!
