The only native speakers that come to mind who pronounce "th" as "t" are from Belize. 

 

Can anyone think of another region where this is heard? 

 

Sometimes "th" will be pronounced as "d".  This is an assault on the ears.  There was a joke years ago about a reporter asking a politician what he was going to do about "defense".  The politician said, "I'm going to paint it."  (He understood "the fence", not "defense".)
