SHEETS OF EMPTY CANVAS
Telas de lona vazias (unpainted canvases) ???

UNTOUCHED SHEETS OF CLAY
Barro intato (Clay untouched by the hands of the artist) ???  Remember that "sheet" is not always a "lençol para a cama".  You can have a sheet of ice, a sheet of metal, a sheet of rocks, a sheet of paper, etc.  Perhaps by "sheet of clay" the composer merely means clay that has not been used, just as the canvases for paintings have not been used.

Were laid spread out before me as her body once did

ALL FIVE HORIZONS REVOLVED AROUND HER SOUL

(This "five horizons" thing must be spiritual, religious, etc.  I don't know what the composer could be referring to.)

I suggest that we write to the composer and ask him.  I don't care how late it is.  If we can't sleep, why should he?
