We should let go of bad behavior. = This sentence doesn't make sense to me.

 

We should get rid of bad behavior. =  This is correct and understandable, but it sounds a little odd.  There's something missing. 

 

Here are some other examples:

We should stop bad behavior.

We should put an end to bad behavior.

We should halt bad behavior.

We should discourage bad behavior.

We should punish bad behavior.

We should not reward bad behavior.

We should not put up with bad behavior.

We should not allow bad behavior.
