Sandra, you probably want something like:  "The quero-quero is a Brazilian bird, or to be more precise, a bird from Santos (the Santos area)."


I would (1) not capitalize the name quero-quero, (2) put a hyphen between the words to show they are connected to make a name, and (3) not say "Santista" because the word does not exist in English.


to be more precise = to be exact
