Hey, Breno!1When I first started studing English I knew nothing about methodologies and stuff, I decided I should choose a method in which I'd in fact wind up speaking good English. Then I asked some students who were on the same wavelengh as you what were their thoughts about methodologies, approaches and so on. They stated that in a EFL student's life, other than learning grammar there's no other way to master effectively another language. Their motto was: "grammar for life"

Ou of the top of my "middle-sized" head (as Márcio would say) I thought to myself that was baloney, nonsense, since the majority of them could barely speak a halting English. Then I decided I should learn by myself and from time to time would get some classes from native teachers or in schools where they were focused in Conversation. It has been nearly two years and a haf that I've been working my butt off practically by myself and I can assure that I've never touched a grammar book.
