Good information, Marcelo. So no such thing as a "signed work book" or "Consolidation of Labor Laws" exists insofar as hiring employees in the US goes.
Why do we Brazlns, I mean, our system need a book so thick, so act-laden as the "CLT"? Can't our employers hire their employees out of consuetude alone? (Won't a single work contract suffice, for crying out loud?)
