Assunto:  grrovy chick

groovy chick = gatinha

chick = garota, gata

groovy = bacana, legal, bagual  (This word is very old.  It's associated with the 1960s, 1970s, etc.  It was used to describe parties, girls, guys, music, bands, etc.)

Today, a "groovy chick" is more likely to be called a "hottie", "babe", etc.

"Sweet" is often used today instead of the older "groovy".  (I went to a sweet movie, a sweet party, etc.  It's a sweet deal, sweet car, sweet apartment, etc.)
