I've just came across this phrase: "you may not have this cue to use" I wonder if it means "tool" or something. Take a look at the entire sentence:


Some professors wil never write anything down, and others will use pre-printed notes projected onto a screen, so you may not have this cue to use. But take advantage of it when you can.
