It sums you up to a tee. = It describes you perfectly.

My water doesn't break.=  (I have no idea.  "Her water is breaking" means that she is a moments away from having a baby.)

Let's swig him to God. = (This makes no sense.  I think the sentence isn't written correctly.)

Is he packing? = Is he armed?  Does he have a handgun in his possession?
