Mensagem:  Some days ago someone raised a question concerning whether there is a translation in Portuguese for it. Then I posted that there could be a term that describes the same thing.
Well, not exactly, the best thing I could find is "migração pendular" which describes the long travel (mainly from "areas conurbadas") some people take everyday when going to work.

So I think the best term is "migrante pendular", although Google don't show occurrences for the term in Portuguese. Only the name of the phenomenon (migração pendular) shows up.
