Mensagem:  This is for Tom and Dale (or anybody else that might happen to know): how to say or explain "despachante" in English. Despachante is that professional specialized in doing paperwork and working out difficult bureaucracy. Maria Valeska suggested "customs agent" here some time ago. But despachantes are not only for customs clearance. They find work and are useful around many other government departments like the vehicle department etc. Any help?
