Mensagem:  A lot of times we just say we are going to have some lab work done.  If the person needs to know what kind of work we say "stool specimen" for feces, "blood workup" for sangue and of course "urine" for urine.  Stool is a more polite way of saying feces.  Sometimes people take an exam called a drug screen.  That's when an employer requires the employee to go to a special testing center and have blood and urine checked for drugs.
