This comes yet as a purely & clearly ESL'ish attempt at expounding. You don't have to rake my ssa over it.
Mr. Ken's kins wouldn't discuss issues reportedly beyond the ken of their own kins' skin. Thus spake Márcio Gurungungum.
"This rape has turned in to a murder." ("... into...")
It means "Whatever the detectives, you and I initially thought of as a crime of forcing another person to submit to sex acts, especially sexual intercourse, had actually taken on the contours of an unlawful killing of one human by another, especially with premeditated malice."
"to know somebody inside out."
"clear the hurdles"
By clearing the hurdles you overcome or deal with successfully or surmount (any unspecified problem, difficulty etc), most probably (or as likely) as a racer would over a series of such barriers which s/he would have to jump without breaking his/her stride.
