Mensagem:  I thought of a secrefreak (a person whose quiet demeanor leads others to believe they're innocent, but they're sexually corrupted, kinky, and perverted) as a likely equivalency to come-quieto. This I inferred after I checked urbandictionary.com for all the free lunch that it can give us.

Some would rather call it a closet freak, "a person who likes to get it on in a closet, or behind the scenes. But in public they are conservative, but always are thinking something perverted" or "someone who looks and acts innocent in public, but becomes a huge sexual freak behind closed doors. The one you would least suspect.

Still I wish NYC long-time resident cesar would, as readily as he often does, provide a word for it. I can't base my assumptions on urbandictionary.com alone. Or forever.
