Obrigado, Andre Interessante! Eu estaria pensar o oposto. English potatoes - how amusing! Of course, the English would say they are Irish potatoes. In fact, in the South of the US they are still called Irish potatoes to distinquish them from sweet potatoes. They are so-called because the Irish used to subsist largely on potatoes. |
