Mensagem:  Oi, "in the moment" is a commonly used phrase in my area and amongst my 'ilk'. It is used to mean being or experiencing strictly the 'present' time, with no thought of the past or future. For instance, concentrating on the ball as it comes towards you in a game of football is to live 'in the moment'.
