Mensagem:  The vowels in Portuguese are 1. A 2. E 3. É 4. I 5. O 6. Ó 7. U 8. Â And yes, the can be nasalized .. vowels are nasalized by an M or and N. Campo, Bento, Pinto, Pomba e Bumba. The 'a' in Campo is more dificult for Spanish speakers and even for English speakers because it is not the letter A nasalized, it is the schwa sound nasalized. English has schwa, but not nasalized. And Brazilian Portuguese has schwa, A at the end of words are schwa. cAmA, but it a-final may be pronounced as a normal a, but the A in cAma, cAna, bAnho, italiAno is schwa....... at the end, Portugese has schwa and a nasalized schwa, and also uses nasalization.
