Mensagem:  There is a huge number of regional variants of English accent and pronounciation. You can easily tell if someone comes from the USA, UK, Australia etc and even which part of these countries just by listening to a few words. So yes you will hear differences in movies, but I suggest you use the 'standard' version. You run the risk of sounding like a country bumpkin or worse if you copy some variants!
