Mensagem:  I was catching up the latest messages on this forum and I bumped into one from Miguel to Tom and his answer was really interesting because it's the way I feel! I'm a teacher in Sorocaba, SP, and I can't stand it when my students come up to me and say, in a really cheeky way, "I got an A on my math test, it was really worthed cheating!". I keep telling them that it's not OK to cheat, that accepting cheating as a natural and effective mean to pass is the same as accepting that lying and stealing is ok as well, but they just can't get it! Cheating at school has become an everyday thing, and even some teachers don't seem to bother! Even worse, some parents here congratulate their kids for being "smart". And I'm just talking about tests. Copying from the net has become even more acceptable and if a kid doesn't do it, then he is considered to be really stupid! So, that's the generation that is going to rule next... Just thought I would share this with you! Ana Maria
