You should say "I have questions" instead of "I have doubts". You shouldn't pluralize the word "doubt" in this case.


I'll try to help you:


enfiar a linha na agulha = to thread = to pass the end of the thread through the eye of the needle


Notice that the "eye of the needle" is the hole in the needle.

 

abra bem a boca = open your mouth as wide as you can = open your mouth wide = open your mouth as much as you can = open your mouth as far as you can

 

tome nota para não esquecer = take notes so you won't forget it
