How would an American say "Sector de Inglês" ? English Sector?


I have not heard this term (English Sector), and I am also unfamiliar with "Setor de Inglês".  An English Department is (a) an area where the English professors have their offices, or it could be used to describe (b) all the English teachers of a university.  (a) I need to leave this report at the English Department.  (b) It has been decided by the English Department that....)


Most universities have a "Foreign Language Department".   There are also Foreign Language Laboratories (usually called "Foreign Language Labs") where students can listen to tapes, practice pronunciation, etc.


How could I say "Horário de atendimento" in English?

Office hours (clinics, government agencies, etc.)

Business hours (most businesses)

Store hours (for stores, of course)

Window hours (if talking about only the windows [guichês] of an office)
