The "Brits" have a well stablished tradition of teaching English, they do it really well.
So, I dare to say that all that comes from Cambridge or Oxford is a must-have.
However, you´ll have to enter in contact as much as possible with the idiom, all that fall in your hands you must read/hear/learn/see/exercise/train (not necessarily in that order)don´t wast opportunity.
One good English course is also a differential.
And respect your timing, your pace don´t haste to learn English, go by degrees from your level to another, when you feel you can.
Lots of luck.
Don´t give up, fight.
