Milton is right, but the problem is nobody talks that way.
In conversational English when a one word answer to that kind of question is asked. the answer is "Me" probably 99 times out of 100. If a verb is involved, then it's correctly linked with "I".
Who is hungry? Me. = I am. = I am hungry. Who is going to the party? Us. = We are going. = We are.
