Assunto: | Some of my neighbors won't Good Morning me! |
Mensagem: |
I cannot give the time of day to any of these uneducated gentlemen, or perhaps you could but withhold it. Spare them the minutes and the seconds and tell them to go buy a watch. Some of my neighbors in the condo (Ed. Sonja) in which we all live won't return my hearty, Good-morning salutations as we cross each other's way. Let alone my equally heartily proferred Good-afternoon, Good-evening, and Good-night salutations. Apart from that, the contents of the condo's cesspool fought its way out and won. I think that alone keeps my neighbors from saying Good Morning, Márcio! They might have lucked out with, "Sh*t Márcio!" I would have accepted that as an appreciative sign of galantry or gentlemanship. They won't say a single word instead. On life goes, however. |
