I would avoid "catwalk" although model agencies are using the term these days. "Runway" is more common and widely understood. "Catwalk" is usually associated with the elevated walkways found around oil rigs, ships, factories, bridges, etc. By definition, a catwalk is narrow.
I don't think "book" is the word you want in English. I've heard the right term, but I can't think of it. Possibly it is "portfolio". Yes, a portfolio is used to carry photos and documents, but I think models talk about their "portofolios", meaning the photos inside them.
