Mensagem:  bottle sth up phrasal verb [M]
When a person bottles things up, they refuse to talk about things that make them angry or worried.

hold in,
a.to restrain; check; curb.
b.to contain oneself; exercise restraint: He was raging inside, but held himself in for fear of saying something he would regret.
as duas palavras me parece muito iguais.
uma vez uma americana disse algo tipo, i was mistreaded by my family and i could not hold it in.
eu acho que ambos estao ligados a sentimentos, quero ouvir comentarios de outras pessoas.
