Well I have searched, you're right! Later issues became "Ten Little Indians" and now the name was changed again, bellow: "And Then There Were None (originally published as Ten Little Niggers, also previously published as Ten Little Indians) is a detective novel by Agatha Chistie first published in 1939. It is Christie's best selling novel with 100 million sales to date." Is it a marketing job or these changes were kept in cause of the "parallel" significants for those words? |
