Your girlfriend is so cute!

He's cute.

The dog/baby/cat is very cute.

'nós atendemos clientes na imobiliária'

We take of customers in the real estate office.  (Most real estate offices specialize in selling houses/buildings/land, but many also are responsible for properties that are rented or leased.)

We serve clients in the rental office.  (The word "rental" is usually used although the properties are leased.  You would not expect something to be sold in a rental office, but anything is possible.)

'Nós atendemos' is often translated as "we wait on", but this is usually associated with restaurants, stores, etc.

A "client" is usually someone who pays for a service or product from a professional (an engineer or attorney, for example), but the distinction is not sharp and it may even be a firm's policy to call all their customers "clients" because "it sounds nicer".
