Mensagem:  "se é que você me entende..." but it's commolly used with a bad or sarcastic sentence here in Brazil, well is this used too much or can I cut out by prevent the listener from think I subestimating her intelligence by adding this to show that I using a non-literal meaning? (was this confuse?)
