I haven't heard of "running days" in English. "Days running" exists, but it means "continuously".
He has been coming here 10 days running. (every day for ten days)
"Calendar days" means that weekends are included. "Business days" means (usually) that Saturdays and Sundays are not included. Obviously, there is a problem if the business is open on Saturdays.
Here's something else to keep in mind. Today is Sunday. If you say will return in two weeks, in how many days will you return? If your answer is "15", you're wrong. In English the correct answer is "14". A week from today is not "in eight days". In English it's "in seven days".
