Yeah, Dale you´re right I run a check in the Dicionário de termos financeiros e investimentos by John Downes/Jordan Elliot Goodman and none of the two.
Still, I am inclined in believing you. Makes sense that the usage is used for voyages, I think; though I am not much of a traveler, what a pity!
Thus, just raised a doubt in me: "...em X dias corridos" how would be transtraled into English? "...in X consecutive days?" I guess.
As for the Brit. form, neither do I, but I am no company CEO...lol. Let´s some Brit have a go.
