I do not recall seeing recently a street address in the USA without a number, even far out in the country. (Note the qualification. My address was once "Route 3, Box 310".) I have seen, however, a few addresses like "ARCO Plaza" or "Friendship Sqaure". In such cases the zipcode helps the mailman know where to deliver the letter.
If you are trying to give the address below to a foreigner, why not leave it as it is? If it's for mail, the Brazilian mailman will understand.
If you are giving the address so that someone will walk/drive/go to the address, then I suggest you explain that the building has no number and how to find it.
