Assunto:  Distrair - se = Distract?

Hello again,

I´m trying to say that going out and having a stroll is a nice way to "distrair-se" but to distract would mean sth that diverts your attention in a negative way.

perhaps to entertain yourself would be a good choice??

what other verbs can you come up with?

thank you guys.
