I've watched a video aboutthe impact of globalization in education  that things can be  changed . The title of the video was Shift Happens ! One teacher coments "

  Very interesting presentation and thoughtful facts.  Too bad<br>the author chose to use the title he did which makes it<br>inappropriate to use with school age students. 
. I couldn’t catch what she means .. Of course I supposed that the word shift has a meaning different from that one  showed in dictionaries  . Could you explain me what is the other meaning ? Is it  a four letter word ? is it sexist ? Why not a teacher can suggest this title to an assignment ? If anyone wants to see the video I can send the link .
