Mensagem:  This present work performs a general analysis of the way in which the contemporary advertising in Brazil is targeted towards the homosexual market. This work focuses on three products and the particular ways in which the messages are communicated. In the introduction, the author writes about the advertisement, its characteristics and its condition as a cultural object in a consumer society. This is followed by a brief analysis of the homosexual consumer in Brazil, their profile, and [ - ??potential of consumerism to then submit the products?? – I don't understand this bit]. Another analysis is carried out upon one of the Aldeia Saint Sebastien condo’s [condominium? Apartment?] advertisements. This concludes with the consolidation of the homosexual consumer in the Brazilian market and the way in which the internet is the main means of communication of this section of the public / target audience.
