Mensagem:  In the USA, I don't recall ever hearing "mail deliverer".  Postman, yes.  (There's an excellent movie entitled "The Postman Always Rings Twice".  The original must have been made in the 1940s.  Was that with John Garfield?  I think Jack Nicholson was in the remake.  Both versions are great.)

Is "postie" Australian?

By the way, you may want to think about picking a nickname and sticking to it.  Se optar por um pseudônimo, use sempre o mesmo.  When you post something, you'll find the above message.  It reads, in case you don't speak Portuguese, "If you choose to use a pseudoname, always use the same one."  Márcio can explain the benefits better than I.
