Mensagem:  It amazes me that English we hear in America is many times different from the language we learn at school. Once in the States, I was checking out, it was 9:00pm and the lady who was cashiering, right after I paid and grabbed my plastic bag she looked at me and said: "Have a nice day!". It was 9:00pm I wonder if that's usuall or was that just unusuall, I heard people doing the same in pizza parlors and restaurants at night too. Do you guys have an explanation as for why this happens?
