Mensagem:  As a mother tongue speaker with a law degree in a common law jurisdiction, the phrase I am familiar with is the presumption of innocence.

Rather than mentioning 'against guilt' or 'without guilt' in the same phrase (which appears redundant), the concept most usually associated with the presumption of innocence is, purtroppo, 'trial by media'.
