Assunto:  Pronuncia do th em this, that, etc

It's well known how the th sound in words like this, that, those, etc is supposedly pronounced by native speakers. Though sometimes I can't help but  hear a sound like our 

"d" when pronounced by certain actors (well, that's the closest I get to natively spoken English), which are, well, native speakers (not necessarily Americans, but certainly speak English natively).

So, is there anyone here who agrees with me that there is actually some people whom do NOT use this standard th sound?
