Be good for her. (This is not said! It simply does not make sense. One person cannot be asked to be "good for" another person.)
Another view —
If you go spend some time with your sister who just lost a husband, it would be good for her. It could almost be said: "Go visit your sister; be good for her", although admitedly it is not a very common form.
