Way too informal, both.     Be aware.

But, my within my policy (today, and right now) of not leaving questions behind I

am going give it a try.

I have got to - I gotta go.

  

So, looks unlikely (at least to me) that they would add other 'have'.

In other reasoning, it could be 'I have had got to...'    Then, I´ve gotta to would make much sense.

 

 

Well, it´s a hunch (I won´t say not even that is a educated guess).

To be honest, at this time I already drank three whole bottles of coffee and it may have hindering the system, ha ha.

Maybe Dale, Marcio and the rest of the club will give you a much more masterful answer.  I hope.

BTW, where all people have gone?
