Hello Ed, your question sounds a bit obscure.
Since you don´t give that much detail about what line of business it applies, a shop? a bank?
Even so, there are plenty of differences in the bank services (financial system) here, in the US and UK (only to cite some of them).
Even in Brazil would be hard to say about a form (on the subject: loan/credit etc). It varies on the whims of each state and shop.
